It’s also the perfect pillow to help slowly transition side sleepers into back sleepers, ensuring perfect full-body alignment and all-night comfort!

All of the pillows are adjustable with hidden velcro and different straps, allowing you to tailor the fit based on your body size, sleep style, and comfort needs. (From 4'8" to 6'9")

Here’s how it works:

1) Connect the Sides: Use one strap to connect the two long sides of the pillow, which keeps it securely in place during the night. You can also adjust the width of this space to perfectly fit your unique body!

2) Adjust for Height: The two other straps with velcro ends let you adjust the length of the pillow, so those taller peeps can extend the pillow for full-body support!

3) Customize Your Comfort: Arrange the pillows to support your head, neck, back, arms, and knees in the way that feels best for you! Sleep mastered? Well… what do you think?

So whether you’re looking for more head support or knee alignment, Modular Pillow allows you to make adjustments as much as you need until you settle into that perfect snooze spot!

Absolutely! You can attach the arm pillow on either side to suit your fancy.

If you're sleeping on your left side and want arm support, add it to the right side.

If you want to hug it instead, add it to the left side. Whatever your prefer, we're not here to shame you.

PS The arm pillow is made to support you on either side, so even if you’re flipping around like a pancake, your shoulder posture stays on point with just one pillow.

Cleaning your Modular Pillow is easy!

Each pillow comes with a removable, machine-washable cover, so you can keep it fresh and clean without the hassle.

Just unzip the covers, flip them inside out, and toss them in the wash on cold. Tumble dry on low heat (or air dry for best results!).

Remember, the memory foam pillows are NOT machine-washable, only the removable covers are!

Make sure to cover any velcro with the provided velcro covers when cleaning your Modular Pillow covers.
