The Arm Pillow Isn't Inflating!
The Arm Pillow is the softest piece in the set so it's gentle on your rib cage, which is why it can take longer to fully expand. The quickest way to help it fully fluff is a little warmth and movement. Place it in a warm room (max 90F°) or run it in the dryer on air-fluff / no-heat with a couple clean tennis balls for 10 minutes.
That reopens the foam cells and gets it to full size. This is assuming you've already left it out for 24–48 hours, and it didn't expand naturally!

Attach Right Side Pillow to Head Pillow

Connect Left Side Pillow to Head Pillow

Attach the Adjustable Width Strap (using the velcro patches) to both Side Pillows. Important: This step is necessary for your Modular Pillow to stay together while sleeping!

Whoa… How do I connect the pillows?
It’s not as crazy as it looks… we promise! To connect the pillows and build your sleep nest, just follow these steps:
• Step 1: Attach both the right and left side pillows to each side of the head pillow’s velcro patches
• Step 2: Connect both the left and right knee pillows to the corresponding left or right side pillows
• Step 3: Attach the arm pillow to either side pillow depending on which side you sleep on
Suds & Sleep: How do I clean Modular Pillow?
Each pillow comes with a removable, machine-washable cover, so you can keep it fresh and clean without the hassle. Just unzip the covers, flip them inside out, and toss them in the wash on cold. Tumble dry on low heat (or air dry for best results!). Remember, the memory foam pillows are NOT machine-washable, only the removable covers are!
Make sure to cover any velcro with the provided velcro covers when cleaning your Modular Pillow covers so the velcro stays strong!
If you forget to do this and your velcro gets soft, you can do a quick blast with a hair dryer for 5–10 seconds softens the hook material so it grips better. And use a fine-tooth comb (or even tweezers) to pull out lint, pet hair, or fuzz.
Is Modular Pillow suitable for all sleeping positions?
Modular Pillow is best for side and back sleepers. It’s also the perfect pillow to help slowly transition side sleepers into back sleepers.
