Accessories
Accessories that are bought separately (e.g. additional covers, arm pillow, etc.) are non-returnable if the packaged they were shipped in is opened.
We don’t charge restocking fees or require unused items. The only cost for a return is shipping the product back to us.
Why?
It keeps pricing fair. We found that a number of people were repeatedly returning and reordering the system to keep using it without ever purchasing it. That pushed up costs for our community that genuinely relies on this product for pain relief.
Most customers who don’t need the system nightly keep it at home for flare ups or tough nights. It stores easily and can be pulled out whenever your body needs extra support.
