Incredible for EDS and fibromyalgia

“As someone with EDS and fibromyalgia who uses CPAP, this is the first system that actually understands complex sleep needs.”

Elena B.

Neck and shoulder pain

“I've had 2 shoulder surgeries and my bio mechanics are all messed up so my neck hurts all the time, especially after a bad night of sleep (whether that means little sleep or just bad posture). With this pillow I'm sleeping like 80% better than I can remember in a long time.”

Robbie l.

The difference was immediate

“I track my sleep with a device - first night with this, my deep sleep doubled. Less tossing, no neck pain in the morning.”

Chris J.

Must have with neck and shoulder issues

“If you fall asleep and wake up with pain in your neck, I would recommend.”

  • 1 Octagon Head Pillow — Keeps your neck aligned and posture consistent; its unique shape prevents your arm placement from lifting the corner of your pillow causing neck strain and "dead-arm" sensations.

If you currently sleep with extra pillows under your head, fold your pillow to create more height, or tuck your arm underneath for support, the Octagon Head Pillow may be a better fit.

The Octagon Head Pillow is a therapeutic head and neck support pillow designed to help maintain a more consistent, comfortable position during rest. It provides targeted support for the head and neck, helping reduce pillow collapse, excess neck bending, and frequent nighttime adjustments. Unlike conventional pillows that can flatten or shift, the Octagon Head Pillow was designed for people who need more intentional cervical support while they sleep.

  • For side sleepers, the pillow helps support the space between the head and shoulder, allowing the neck to rest in a more neutral position. This may help reduce morning stiffness, upper shoulder tension, and the need to stack or fold multiple pillows to feel supported.
  • For individuals with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), generalized hypermobility, or joint sensitivity, the pillow can provide a more stable foundation for the head and neck. While it does not stabilize the full body, it may help reduce unsupported cervical positions that can contribute to discomfort during sleep.
  • For people recovering from shoulder, chest, breast, or upper-body procedures, comfortable head and neck support can make rest easier. The Octagon Head Pillow may help reduce the need for unstable pillow stacks and support a more relaxed upper-body position, but it is not intended to prevent rolling or replace post-surgical positioning instructions from a provider.
  • For individuals with neck tension, recurring stiffness, arthritis, scoliosis, or chronic upper-body discomfort, the pillow is designed to support better cervical alignment. By helping the head and neck stay more comfortably positioned, it may contribute to less strain from poor pillow support.
  • For individuals with fibromyalgia or widespread sensitivity, a consistent pillow surface may help reduce discomfort caused by pressure, shifting, or repeated repositioning. The Octagon Head Pillow is designed to provide steady support without requiring constant readjustment throughout the night
  • For anyone who wakes frequently because their pillow flattens, moves, or forces the neck into an awkward angle, the Octagon Head Pillow offers a more structured support option designed for better rest.

The Octagon Head Pillow can be used on its own for targeted head and neck support, or as part of the full Modular Pillow® system for more complete body positioning.

If your condition isn’t listed above, reach out to us or check our FAQ to see if the Octagon Head Pillow is right for you.

Most people don’t realize how much work their neck is doing while they sleep, until they wake up stiff, sore, or reaching for another pillow.

The Octagon Head Pillow is designed to support your head, neck, and shoulders in a more stable sleep position, helping reduce the strain caused by flat, shifting, or overstuffed pillows.

Its structured shape provides targeted cervical support for side sleepers, people with neck tension, hypermobility, post-surgical recovery needs, or anyone who wants a more supportive foundation for rest.
